$275.00 per 50 minute individual, couples or family session.
Out of Network Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, my services can be covered in full or in part by using your out of network benefits. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out of network psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?
- Do I have an out of network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
If you have out of network insurance benefits, you will be given a receipt, called a superbill to turn into your insurance company for our sessions. Out of network benefits usually reimburse a percentage of the fees paid for each session, around 50-70%, after meeting a deductible. Clients are responsible for follow up with insurance companies billed out of network for all claims.
Payment
I accept HSA and FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
A Word on Insurance
I am an out of network provider with health insurance. I found that when clients chose to use their insurance, I was hindered by being required to give them a diagnosis and limit the amount of sessions they could have using their insurance. I am able to give individualized, highly trained services including being WPATH GEI SOC v7 Certified, and specialized personal care to my clients by being an out of network provider.
